What's it all about?
Our apprenticeship schemes take place at the school to give our children a chance to have real life experiences. The children can see how their learning at school has a use in the outside world. The children take part in a series of sessions with the expert who has come in and will carry out practical activities and write up reports to share with their classmates. Some of the topics that have been covered so far have been Car Mechanics, Plumbing and a look into Satellite dishes. This year we have been working outside with Andy Bailey, a community educational officer from Natural England. If you have an interest or occupation that you think would interest and benefit our children then we would love to hear from you.
