Cookery with Jo Gosling

This apprenticeship scheme involved children from Year 2 and Year 3 with the help of Jo Gosling they baked and cooked a variety of items. The children were using their maths skills in a real situation, measuring the ingredients, sharing the finished cakes and timing the cakes in the oven. The children enjoyed this apprenticeship scheme especially as they got the chance to take home the finished product. The Apprenticeship scheme ended around Easter with the children making some lovely Easter cakes complete with golden eggs!
