What a brilliant day; despite the limitations this year's event still went ahead! Pupils both in school and those learning from home were encouraged to attend school and on-line lessons dressed as their favorite book character. The event focused on the theme of 'share a story' with staff reading to all children via 'zoom' their favorite book.
The school's PTFA took part too organizing a 'Readathon' encouraging children to read during the week of World Book Day and receive sponsorship for how much time was spent either reading at home or at school.
Congratulations to all who took part there were some fantastic, imaginative costumes from both pupils and staff.
