Burrator came dressed to impress for the day as an Ancient Egyptian. They were visited by Rob from Exeter museum who led an exciting historical day. They explored a range of different artefacts, having an opportunity to look at both replicas and genuine Ancient Egyptian objects and materials. The children role played settling by the Nile valley and learnt about the hierarchy of society. The day ended with a re-enactment of the mummification process. This was then performed to parents and members of Kestor and Belstone at the end of the day.
